The FT400 Retro-fit
makes it simple and cost effective to upgrade your
school’s or office's lighting, save energy
and reduce the carbon footprint.
FT400 Retro fit kit is fully wired
and tested gear trays complete with T5 lamps and
electronic control gear and a new diffuser cover
to fit on the existing light fitting body fixed
to the your ceiling. This avoids damage to the
ceiling, no disruption to wiring and the kits can
usually be easily fitted and connected by qualified
personnel in shorter time than a complete replacement.
A lighting retrofit is the practice
of replacing components in the system with counterparts
that make it use energy more efficiently. A lighting
upgrade is any strategy that reduces the system's
energy use. Energy savings are realised over time
that can be significant enough to not only pay for
